Refund and Cancellation Policy

At DTM Elemental Staging, LLC, we strive to provide exceptional staging services to enhance the aesthetic appeal and market value of your property. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to accommodate changes and cancellations while maintaining the integrity of our business operations. Please review the following policy carefully:

 1. Cancellation Policy

    Initial Consultation: The initial consultation fee is nonrefundable once the consultation has been completed. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund.

    Staging Services:

      Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled staging date will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made.

      Cancellations made between 37 days before the staging date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost.

      Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled staging date will be charged 100% of the total service cost.

 2. Refund Policy

    Deposits: All deposits paid for staging services are nonrefundable once the service has been scheduled and materials or labor have been committed. In the case of cancellation, please refer to the cancellation policy above.

    Completed Services: Due to the nature of staging and design services, refunds will not be provided once the staging process has begun or the service has been completed. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the staging, please notify us immediately, and we will work to address your concerns.

    Force Majeure: If an event outside of our control (e.g., natural disaster, health emergencies) causes a delay or cancellation of service, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost, or a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 3. Rescheduling

    Clients may reschedule their staging date with no penalty if the request is made more than 7 days in advance.

    Requests to reschedule made within 7 days of the staging date will be subject to a rescheduling fee of 25% of the total service cost.

    In case of rescheduling due to unforeseen events, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your new timeline.

 4. Exceptions

    Any exceptions to the above policy will be considered on a casebycase basis and must be approved in writing by DTM Elemental Staging, LLC.
